Could you be our next Senior Manager Total Rewards Management and Budget This is a hybrid role located in our King of Prussia PA Holly Springs NC Summit NJ Maidenhead or Liverpool UK or Melbourne Australia office. You will report to the Associate Director of EMEA Benefits.
You will oversee vendor relationships managing the total rewards budget and driving efficiencies across compensation benefits and performance management programs. You will partner with teams and external vendors to ensure that CSLs Total Rewards programs are costeffective and aligned with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage relationships with external vendors providing Total Rewards services (compensation benefits performance management etc. ensuring high service quality compliance and value for CSL.
2. Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to negotiate and maintain favorable contract terms and conditions with vendors.
3. Establish and track servicelevel agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics to ensure vendor performance.
4. Lead the Total Rewards budget and collaborate with finance to ensure accurate forecasting and tracking of expenditures.
5. Identify trends and opportunities to increase costs without compromising the quality and of Total Rewards offerings.
6. Provide regular budget reporting and variance analysis to senior leadership ensuring understanding of financial goals.
7. Lead programs to improve Total Rewards systems using vendor capabilities to enhance program efficiency.
8. Work with the Total Rewards leadership team to define program goals and ensure understanding of CSLs overall employee value proposition and our goals.
