The corporate Quality Assurance and Data Analyst will team with the Head of Quality Assurance as part the quality evolution process of Celsius brand to become the best fitness brand in the world.
Requirements
- 2 years associate degree Background in Science preferable
- 13 years previous experience in food manufacturing and laboratory testing methods
- Document control management experience
- Awareness of Continuous Improvement: Root Causa Analysis (tools and processes)
- FDA FSMA exposure or basic knowledge
- Food Safety: GFSI exposure or basic knowledge
Responsibilities
- Be an influencer of Celsius Food Safety and Quality Culture
- Ability to identify process deviations through data and results analysis:
- Review document and report quality and food safety data of product produced by the current copackers and service providers
- Review Analytical and microbiological results
- Review data related packaging integrity data
- Review data of label verification and compliance
- Ensure management control of documentation and records across the organization
- As required; perform quality inspections to copackers:
- Ensure compliance with 21 CFR 117cGMPs (including Pest Control Sanitation (zoning EMP) Personnel etc.
- HACCP/ Food Safety Compliance
- Food Defense Program verification
- Foreign Supplier Verification Program Import and Export
- Track and analyze quality data to identify GAP s against quality requirements by Celsius.
- Report results to leadership: Corporate Quality Manager and Senior VP of Operations
- Management of Change (MOC) and Continual Improvement database owner and program compliance

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location jobrelated knowledge skills qualifications and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
