Job Description
Accomplished educationist and strategic leader with experience in managing and leading K 12 Schools; Well versed with standard operating procedures and processes as per the norms
- At least 1020 years of experience preferably in a reputed CBSE schoolof which 5 years as a Vice Principal/ Principal/HOD
- Experience in the CBSE affiliation process and procedure will be an added advantage
- Responsible for teacher supervision guidance and development to ensure proper adaptation and adjustment of staff to the environment
- Will play a key role in the school improvement planning process
- Development of curriculum teacher training and understanding of institutional developments from inception to management administration affiliation academics and public relations.
- Must have thorough knowledge of academic standards and teaching methodologies
- Education policy formulation and change management
Skills sets required
- Patience confidence innovative thinking and sound decisionmaking. In addition must have strong interpersonal skills and be effective communicators.
- Strong in Academics Computer Savvy Problemsolving Skills Good Listener
