In this role you will be responsible for managing and executing our digital media strategies to drive online direct sales increase brand awareness and engage with our target audience.
Website & Content Management
Manage and update website content for Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy and Noku Hotels (Kyoto Osaka & Phuket).
Ensure all digital web offers are aligned with brand positioning and are optimised for conversion.
Performance Marketing & Paid Media
Plan execute and optimize Google Ads display advertising and retargeting campaigns to drive direct bookings.
Manage SEO and SEM strategies including keyword research onpage optimization and linkbuilding initiatives.
Track and analyse digital marketing KPIs to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with digital agencies to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Utilize Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and other tracking tools to monitor website traffic and user behaviour.
Generate reports and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
Research market trends competitor activities and emerging digital technologies to refine strategies.
Creative & Digital Asset Development
Develop digital marketing collaterals for email marketing paid search and website promotions.
Ensure all digital assets are aligned with conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
AdHoc Projects
Assist with additional digital & social initiatives and projects as assigned by the Head of Department.
Qualifications :
Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing Marketing Communications or a related field.
Additional Information :
34 years of experience in a digital marketing role preferably with agency experience.
Proficiency in Google Ads Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and SEO tools (Ahrefs SEMrush etc..
Experience in website management (WordPress Elementor) UX optimization and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Handson experience with email marketing platforms CRM tools and marketing automation is a plus.
Detailoriented proactive and able to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
