Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across the Food & Beverage and Front Office departments maintaining the highest standards of service.
Lead motivate and develop team members to consistently exceed guest expectations.
Support with recruitment training and performance management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives ensuring operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Act as Duty Manager when required handling guest queries and feedback promptly and professionally.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
Previous hotel management or supervisory experience in a 4 or 5star property.
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work flexibly including weekends and evenings.
Knowledge of hotel systems (Opera Zambion Microsoft Office) is an advantage.
