What are we looking for

The Branch Manager will be providing oversight of a project and testing team with leadership responsibilities for both the construction services and geotechnical teams.

What youll do:

• Responsible for operational management of the branch office including construction materials testing/inspection concrete soils and related lab and field testing as well as geotechnical related lab and field testing
• Business development activities including scope of work development estimating and proposal preparation
• Development of construction quality control programs and implementation
• Profit and Loss responsibilities
• AR responsibility
• Recruitment development and mentoring of professional technical & administrative personnel

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering from accredited engineering / ABET school required
• 5 years of leadership management and/or project management experience is required
• Tennessee PE Registration is required
• Must be customer focused and quality driven
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal & written communication
• Valid Drivers License and reliable driving record required

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:

• ICC NICET and/or ACI Certifications are a plus
• P&L and basic accounting experience is preferred
• Sales marketing and client management experience preferred
• Prior personnel management hiring and training experience preferred
