About the role
The Junior Email & Content Producer (aka Junior Production Associate) is a member of the clients Global Commercial Operations (GCO)s Global Omnichannel Delivery team and takes direction from the clients GCO Content Delivery Associate. Working directly with the clients Italian Digital Strategy and Innovation team the Junior Production Associate will support the Content Delivery Associate in the delivery of GCO content and production services/ projects. This individual must have the ability to partner effectively with brand teams and understand business and customer experience goals working closely with preferred suppliers and internal crossfunctional areas to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects.
What youll do
- Works with the clients local brand and crossfunctional teams in the endtoend process of creation of emails and newsletters for Health Care Professionals HCPs including simple design and email layout internal approval and omnichannel tagging. May participate in brand meetings and help to identify potential projects for the brand.
- Communicates effectively has project management and critical thinking skills along with cultural awareness to deliver successful global production supported by a multicultural team.
- Demonstrates comprehensive understanding and application of all relevant policies procedures and operational frameworks.
About you
- Masters Degree
- Digital marketing knowledge
- Good interpersonal presentation and facilitation skills
- Oral and written fluency in Italian and Business English
- Ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Proactive attitude ability to learn drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint and Excel)
- Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry knowledge
- Digital Marketing Experience
- Project management understanding and practice
- Design skills
- HTML knowledge
