Wellhart was founded in 2018 with a mission to tackle the urgent healthcare staffing shortages at commercial medical facilities and local state and federal government agencies. We are one of the fastest growing healthcare staffing companies in the US. Our teams place physicians nurse practitioners physician assistants dentists and CRNAs including behavioral health providers on shortand longterm assignments filling immediate gaps in healthcare coverage.
As one of our entrylevel Account Executives you will grow and develop a portfolio of clients and work with our team of Recruiters to fill their critical staffing needs. The work you do will help ensure patients in need of care can be seen by a provider.

Responsibilities
- Grow develop and consult with your portfolio of client managers who you will help with their staffing needs
- Cultivatestrong relationshipswith the clients in your portfolio with the intention of earning their continued business
- Providehighquality customer serviceto ensure all assignments are running smoothly
- Work closely with Wellharts sales support teams throughout the entire assignment process
- Exceed goals smash your sales numbers and ultimately: make a lot of money!
