The ACBE Student Assistant is a dynamic role that supports various departments including Administration & Operations Career Advancement and Graduate Programs. Responsibilities include assisting with projects administrative tasks and other duties as needed.
Responsibilities
Answering office phones and greeting visitors Providing campus tours as needed Directing students to appropriate resources Distributing flyers for workshops and events Conducting student outreach and engagement Performing office tasks such as filing photocopying mailing and printing Supporting events with setup registration and takedown Compiling informational materials and wrapping promotional items Assisting with other duties and projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Organizational skills and attention to detail Professionalism and excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work some evenings and weekends
