Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner (PartTime)

Position Overview
We are hiring a parttime Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team in Albuquerque NM. This position is perfect for an experienced practitioner or a new graduate looking for a flexible schedule while providing highquality patientfocused care. The FNP will work closely with physicians and healthcare staff to diagnose treat and manage a variety of conditions while promoting wellness and disease prevention.

Responsibilities
Perform patient evaluations order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans.
Provide preventive care wellness counseling and chronic disease management.
Prescribe medications and coordinate care with specialists when necessary.
Maintain accurate and uptodate electronic health records (EHR).
Educate patients and families on health conditions lifestyle modifications and treatment plans.
Requirements
Education: Masters or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program.
Licensure: Active unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state of New Mexico or eligibility to obtain one.
Certification: Board certified or board eligible (AANP or ANCC).
Experience: Experience in family practice internal medicine or urgent care is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills: Strong clinical communication and patient education skills.
