Job Description

Your Role at ProCreator

What you need to bring to the table

  • Strategic Design Leadership:Lead and inspire a team of designers ensuring the delivery of toptier usercentric designs that align with client goals and business objectives.
  • Client Consulting & Engagement:Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the design process providing expert guidance and ensuring their vision is fully realized.
  • Sales & Business Development Collaboration:Work closely with the sales team to consult on design solutions develop proposals and present compelling pitches to prospective clients.
  • Design Operations Management:Oversee the daytoday operations of the design department ensuring processes are efficient and align with overall company strategy.
  • Recruitment & Talent Development:Collaborate with HR in recruiting top design talent and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the design team.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement:Drive innovation within the design team by staying ahead of industry trends and continuously refining design processes to enhance efficiency and creativity.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration:Work across departments including marketing development and operations to ensure design is integrated into all facets of the business.

What you will do

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:Lead the design team with a focus on fostering creativity collaboration and highquality output. Mentor junior designers and support their professional development.
  • Client Relations & Consulting:Serve as the main point of contact for clients on design projects ensuring their needs are met and translating their vision into actionable design strategies.
  • Sales Support & Strategy:Partner with the sales team to provide design expertise during client pitches help develop proposals and align design services with business growth goals.
  • Design Operations Management:Oversee and optimize design workflows manage resources effectively and ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:Play a key role in recruiting interviewing and onboarding new design talent ensuring a high standard of design excellence across the team.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation:Lead initiatives to improve design processes introduce new tools and methodologies and ensure the team stays on the cutting edge of design trends.
  • CrossDepartmental Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments to ensure that design is a core component of all company initiatives from marketing campaigns to product development.



Requirements

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience:At least 715 years in UX/UI design with a minimum of 35 years in a leadership or managerial role within a design team.
  • Design Expertise:Strong background in both UX and UI design with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
  • ClientFacing Experience:Exceptional client management skills with experience consulting on design projects and leading client presentations.
  • Sales & Business Acumen:Understanding of sales processes and business development with the ability to consult on design solutions that drive business growth.
  • Recruitment & Talent Development:Experience in recruiting and developing design talent with a focus on building highperforming teams.
  • Process Management:Strong organizational skills with experience managing design operations including resource allocation process optimization and project delivery.
  • Innovation & ProblemSolving:Ability to drive innovation within the design team and solve complex design challenges creatively and efficiently.
  • Communication & Collaboration:Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with various stakeholders.
