We are seeking a dynamic Brand Partnerships professional for a midlevel fulltime position in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess a maximum of 6 years of work experience. As part of our growthdriven team you will play a pivotal role in cultivating strategic partnerships to amplify NoBrokers brand presence leveraging your expertise in partner relationship management and sponsorship sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Partner Relationship Management (Mandatory skill) adept at building and maintaining lasting partnerships that drive mutual growth.
- Sponsorship Sales (Mandatory skill) experience in identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities that align with business objectives.
- Negotiation proficiency in negotiating terms and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements with partners.
- Influencer Marketing understanding of leveraging influencer relationships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Social Media Analytics capability to analyze social media metrics to inform partnership strategies and goals.
- Contract Management skill in drafting reviewing and ensuring compliance with partnership agreements and contracts.
- Collaboration Tools (e.g. Slack Asana) experience in using collaboration tools to streamline communication and project management.
- CRM Software (e.g. Salesforce) ability to use CRM systems to manage partner relationships and track engagement activities.

- Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on outcomes to stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with key partners acting as the primary point of contact to manage and resolve issues.
- Leverage influencer marketing strategies to amplify NoBrokers brand message across target audiences.
- Utilize CRM software to track partner interactions ensuring efficient communication and relationship management.
