As our Merchandise Manager youll optimize our consignment accounts and inventory flow through datadriven decision making. Lead seasonal forecasting processes while ensuring optimal product allocation across all channels.

As our Merchandise Manager youll have the freedom to:

Planning and Forecasting:

• Own the complete seasonal forecasting process for consignment accounts throughout the GotoMarket cycle.
• Execute topdown & bottomup planning in alignment with budget and company targets.
• Collaborate with Key Account Demand Planning and B2B & D2C Teams to support sellin and optimize product allocation.
• Pioneer continuous improvement of forecasting tools and decisionmaking processes.

Inventory and Allocation Management for Consignment accounts:

• Take ownership of administrative tasks for consignment accounts.
• Safeguard product availability across POS accounts and sales channels.
• Lead critical operational procedures including delay management delivery monitoring returns processing and inventory verification.
• Implement datadriven replenishment and good/badseller management strategies.
• Work closely with supply chain to ensure ontime infull deliveries.

EDI Management:

• Build and maintain EDI data and information flows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Leverage EDI to gain more sellout oriented and customercentric insights.
• Promote a datafirst attitude across sales managers and teams.
• Manage inventory incoming orders & price exchange via EDI systems.

Reporting:

• Assess and regularly report on retail KPIs (turnover stock turn sellthrough OTB).
• Analyze data sets with Excel and BI tools to predict future demand track budgets and identify performance drivers.

To thrive in this role bring along:

• Degree in Business Supply Chain Management Controlling/Finance or a related field; advanced degree (MBA Masters) is a plus.
• 4 years of experience in merchandise management demand planning or business controlling.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Proficiency in ERP systems demand planning BI software Microsoft Excel and openness towards AI tools.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and align merchandise management activities with overall business objectives.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a proactive approach to problemsolving and adaptability to changing business conditions.
• Professional fluency in English; German and other additional language skills are a plus.
• Passion for sports and familiarity with performance sportswear products is a plus.
