A leading law firm is seeking experienced Insurance Defense Attorneys licensed in Nevada to represent gig economy companies in autorelated liability cases and premises liability matters. This fully remote position offers an excellent opportunity for attorneys with a strong background in personal injury defense.
Key Qualifications:
- 3 years of litigation experience focusing on personal injury defense
- Active Nevada Bar license (Required)
- Experience taking expert depositions and defending PMKs
- Exceptional legal drafting skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
