Looking for a meaningful and rewarding career where you can make a positive impact on peoples lives Join our team as a Therapist for the Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) program where youll be the driving force behind empowering clients and their families to achieve their goals through communitybased therapeutic interventions.

As a Therapist you will provide direct clinical services to children and young adults (ages 20 and younger) transitioning from institutional care to family or communitybased settings ensuring continuity of care and stability. Working within homes schools and other community environments you will coordinate multidisciplinary treatment planning collaborate with service providers and deliver traumainformed evidencebased interventions. Your role is to establish therapeutic relationships promote resilience and support the integration of mental health services that align with each clients needs values and cultural background. This position requires reliable transportation a valid drivers license and comfort with transporting children as travel is an essential component of service delivery. A flexible schedule is necessary to meet the needs of clients and families in their natural environments.

The WISeprogram provides comprehensive behavior health supports to youth with complex behavioral and mental health needs. The programs goal is to help youth thrive in their homes and communities and assist in helping them meet the goals they have identified.

Responsibilities
- Promptly meet with clients and caregivers on a regular basis to further treatment goals utilizing culturally informed and best practice modalities
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for the purpose of care planning and support
- Collaborate with agency staff caregivers other professionals and interested parties to formulate and implement individual client care plans behavioral programs and interventions
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with community members and providers as needed
- Complete assessment and evaluation process of clients in order to develop and implement the care plan
- Provide assistance in case planning and consultation to team members on clinical issues as well as casework issues as appropriate
- Chart mental health notes care plans outcome measures incident reports and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain availability for crisis intervention services such as oncall rotation
- Comply with all child abuse reporting and Medicaid/MediCal requirements in accordance with standards set by Seneca
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and business operations information
- Commit to and engage in selfevaluation as well as organizational goals strategies and systemic practices regarding diversity equity and inclusion
- Utilize crisis communication and deescalation techniques as per Senecas EQ4 model training: this may include intervening with the clients behavioral program through physical management of the clients if applicable. Training in additional crisis intervention modalities such as CPI may be required
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work Psychology or Counseling
- Eligible to register as a LMFT LICSW LMFTA LSWAIC or LMHC in accordance with the Washington State Department of Health requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Clearance of TB test fingerprints and any other state or federal requirements
- Own vehicle; valid Washington Drivers License and insurability by Senecas automobileinsurance carrier
- Proof of COVID19 vaccinations
PREFERRED
- Experience working with children in outofhome care
- Bilingual Spanish/English abilities

- Strong coordination organizational and writing skills
Schedule
- Fulltime
- Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Hybrid; provide inperson services & availability to complete documentation remotely
- Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings and weekend
- Willing to respond to crisis situations and be part of a rotating on call system
Benefits
- Starting at $34.30 $41.03 hourly
- Actual salary is dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualifications for the role
