Job Description
Project Manager Electrical Construction (Direct Hire)
Join a growing team with a direct hire opportunity for an experienced Project Manager in electrical construction. This role requires at least 5 years of experience managing projects ranging from $1025 million. Candidates should expect to travel frequently and potentially be based near Atlanta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project safety profitability production and quality.
- Direct jobsite supervision and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Negotiate pricing contracts and purchase orders with vendors and subcontractors.
- Monitor and uphold quality control standards across all installations.
- Plan coordinate and track materials equipment and workforce needs.
- Lead cost reporting manpower coordination and schedule adherence.
- Ensure adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching feedback and performance evaluations for team members.
Requirements:
- 5 years of electrical construction experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing $10M projects in commercial industrial or missioncritical environments.
- Strong understanding of NEC construction schedules blueprints and electrical specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Bluebeam Spectrum Accubid and project management tools.
- Ability to travel as needed with initial assignments in Mississippi or North Georgia.
- Valid drivers license background check and drug screening required.
