Due to an internal promotion we have an amazing opportunity for a HR Adviser to join our fabulous team.
As a generalist HR professional this is a dream opportunity for you to work in every aspect of the employee life cycle.
You will be able to work remotely however the nature of the role requires regular onsite meetings so you must live within a commutable distance of Peterborough (circa 1 hour) and be comfortable attending our offices on a regular basis as the role dictates.
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our small but effective team with experience building rapport and effective working relationships with customers to achieve results by being innovative collaborative and solutions focussed applying HR best practice to truly add value and deliver positive change every day.As our HR Adviser you will help us to drive operational excellence by providing a responsive customer focused service.
Ideally youll be CIPD qualified (or part qualified) at Level 5 or have demonstrable experience in a similar role.
You will work closely with ourHR Business Partners supporting the successful customerfocused delivery of all HR processes policies and systems to support and further the needs of the business. Providing comprehensive pragmatic support to managers and employeesadvising on a range of HR matters including recruitment induction performance management absence management pay and benefits as well as organisational and individual changes to terms and conditions.
