Location: Fort Lauderdale FL
Shift: 1st Shift Monday Friday Direct Hire Full Time Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Prepares and performs a variety of assembly duties as per work instructions
- Preps molds for the loading in ovens and presses.
- Touches up manufactured parts to meet industry standards.
- Check all work and ensure a defective free assembly prior to quality inspection.
- Maintains and prepares materials for log tickets.
- Maintains all tools molds fixtures and production equipment in the Composite Assembly area.
- Follows company workmanship and quality standards.
- Other assigned tasks by management.
- Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with working with small parts and have an eye for detail.
- Skilled in interpreting work instructions.
- Must be able to lift and push up to 25 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work effectively as a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
