Job Description
As a Consultant in management consulting projects you will participate in challenging and demanding projects for a variety of government and public sector bodies in the fields of business processes simplification design and introduction of egovernment services organizational/operational restructuring and transformation IT systems improvement capacity building and institutional strengthening change program management Program Management Office activities etc.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the implementation of various projects in the above fields as a team member with a degree of autonomy related to your capabilities and level of experience
- Create high quality reports and presentations
- Collaborate closely with client representatives to collect information on project related matters
- Research and apply best practices and benchmark knowledge on project implementation
- Leverage knowledge or prior experience to synthesize findings and to develop and present alternatives and recommendations
- Demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism ethics quality and integrity
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering Information Technology Sciences Social Sciences Business Administration or any other related field
- Postgraduate degree in one of the above fields will be positively assessed
- 4 years of work experience of which 2 years in the implementation of management consulting projects
- Experience in the implementation of consulting projects for public sector clients will be considered an asset
- Experience in process modeling using BPM tools (e.g. ARIS ADONIS) will be considered an asset
- Ability to work on own initiative and interact as part of a highly motivated team
- Ability to prioritize and plan to effectively achieve goals and to be dependable in consistently delivering reliable results within deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in Greek and English
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- High level of accuracy with attention to detail
- Fulfilled military service (if relevant)
