Job Description:
As an Italian Customer Service Specialist at CBT youll be the first point of contact for our Italianspeaking customers providing toptier service via phone email and chat. Your role will be to address inquiries resolve issues and ensure that each customer interaction is positive and fulfilling. With your expertise and customerfocused approach youll help maintain high satisfaction levels and build lasting relationships. Join us in Lisbon and be a key part of our customer service team!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service in Italian via phone email and chat ensuring every interaction is positive and productive.
Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism offering solutions to problems and addressing concerns.
Help customers understand our products and services guiding them to the best possible solutions.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and service offerings to provide the best possible support.
Work to meet and exceed performance metrics and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
Native or fluent in Italian (both written and spoken).
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is key.
Strong problemsolving abilities with a positive and proactive attitude.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Teamoriented with a passion for providing outstanding service to customers.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts including evenings and weekends if necessary.
