Are you a passionate and dedicated nursing leader with expertise in womens health We are seeking a dynamic Director of Womens Services to oversee and elevate our maternity labor and delivery and womens health programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals in delivering outstanding care for women and newborns.
- Ensure compliance with AWHONN standards and best practices in obstetrics and womens health.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians staff and leadership to optimize clinical operations.
- Foster a supportive and empowering environment for both patients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Kentucky (required).
- AWHONN certification (required).
- Associate degree in Nursing (minimum); BSN or higher preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in womens services (OB/GYN L&D postpartum or NICU).
- Strong clinical knowledge with a focus on evidencebased practice.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and teambuilding skills.
