Job Description
Vehicle Exchange Program Coordinator
Were looking for an ambitious selfmotivated individual to grow with our Vehicle Exchange Program. In this role youll coordinate seamless vehicle exchanges ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to maximize production. If you thrive on independence and making an impact we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly while they wait for their vehicle to be serviced engaging them in friendly conversation to understand their needs and assess their interest in upgrading their vehicle.
Highlight the benefits and features of newer vehicle models to spark curiosity and encourage upgrades ensuring a personalized and enticing approach.
Seamlessly connect interested customers with experienced sales representatives to discuss options and finalize potential upgrades ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional service.
Qualities Were Seeking:
A proactive resultsdriven mindset with a knack for taking initiative.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Prior sales experience is a plus!
