Job Description

Overview

Since 1953 Rauch directly serves over 1000 children adults and families from five sites. Service counties in Indiana include Clark Floyd Harrison Scott Washington Jefferson and Jackson.

Job Skills / Requirements

$350 Signon Bonus eligible position. Must be scheduled a minimum of 20 hours per week Shift Differentials

Full time positions for Direct Support Professionals for Rauch Inc.s ADA/ACCESS program. This role works effectively to provide direct assistance to clients with developmental disabilities in a day program setting. Responsibilities can include assisting clients to be as independent as possible; mentoring clients on daily living skills; and helping clients be a part of the community.

Qualified candidates will preferably (but are not required to) hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Have a valid drivers license. Computer skills and good written and oral communication skills are a must. Experience is not required but preferred.

MF 8:00 am 4:00 pm
