Summary: We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Technical Program / Project Manager that is able to manage multiple complex programs / projects and drive results. This role is responsible for four separate areas: M&A Business Continuity Software Development and Technical Integration. This role requires that you have the ability to quickly building rapport across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and delivery of solutions to resolve business problems via strategic thinking and ontheground leadership.
• Drive and influence technical strategy proactively identify problems align on priorities and set direction for a broadly crossfunctional area.
• Build strong trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners leaders and organizations without authority.
• Deliver timely effective easily understandable concise project deliverables including project plans presentations budget reviews crossproject dependencies risks analyses and mitigation strategies stakeholder coordination and status communication.
• Communicate across audiences effectively understanding and utilizing escalation paths and updating stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical rollouts and features to nontechnical audiences.
• Handle high volume workloads and provide exceptional customer support.
• Accountable for driving delivery of projects from start to finish.
• Ability to manages external resources; vendors and contractors when required.
• Drive sprints and scrums across various teams where appliable
• Independently manage teams and help groups problem solve.
• Facilitate meetings discussions and document key decisions made.
• Manage tight deadlines.
• Effectively manage stress in accomplishing the foregoing list.

• BA/BS in business computer science preferred or other technical field or appropriate work experience 5 years of applicable experience in a technology environment preferably for a large company. Demonstrated success in the delivery of multiple projects.
• PMP or CSM Certifications
• Experience managing M&A projects from an IT perspective.
• Experience managing Business Continuity Projects.
• Experience managing complex software development and integration projects
• Ability to work on multiple teams in highly autonomous environments.
• Display a competency in managing multiple projects.
• Project Management expertise and experience.
• Detailed oriented task master and communicator.
• Aligns and leads project teams to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Manages work with practicality and wisdom in the midst of competing priorities and diverse personalities.
• Ability to influence internal and external team members without direct reporting authority
• Experience with communicating sensitive and impactful changes to a broad technical audience.
• Experience distilling complex technical information and conveying to different types of audiences to enable quick decisioning.
• Strategic thinker with analytical and technology focused problemsolving experience.
• Experience with demonstrating negotiation and conflict management.
• Demonstrated experience with operating autonomously across multiple teams to foster crossfunctional working relationships. Includes working with and communicating with multiple partner teams and crossfunctional partners.
• Experience establishing work relationships across multidisciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
