Responsibilities:
- Provide customers (both internal and external) with requested parts and accessories in a timely manner.
- Solicit additional sales and charge out merchandise using the Dealer Management System.
- Correctly identify and specify needed parts and follow up on special orders.
- Tag store and process warranty parts.
- Assist in conducting inventory cycle counts and maintain cleanliness and order in the inventory area parts counter and retail displays.
- Operate equipment and machines such as cars trucks forklifts etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the dealerships goals and operations
Qualifications:
- Previous Experience: At least 1 years of Automotive Parts experience
- Excellent Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers vendors and team members
- CustomerFocused Attitude:Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers offering personalized service to meet their unique needs
- TechSavvy:Comfortable using dealership software parts management systems and online tools to manage inventory and track orders
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time lift up to 50 lbs bend reach etc.
- Flexible and Adaptable:Willingness to adjust to changing demands and work hours as needed to support dealership needs
- PreEmployment Requirements:Must be able to pass a preemployment drug screen Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and background check
