Job Description
Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Accurately pick pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Dispatching Orders: Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and correct shipment of orders.
- Stock Management: Conduct regular stock counts verify inventory levels and report discrepancies.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and accuracy before dispatch.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to optimize workflow and achieve targets.
What we are looking for
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail warehouse or fulfillment centre is a plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational and timemanagement skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move packages up to 10 Kgh and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings if needed.
