We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Shipping Clerk. This role is based in our facility in Janesville WI and reports to the Plant Manager.
The hours are MoFri from 7am until 3.30pm. The starting wage is $20.96 per hour.

We are seeking an upbeat individual who will be responsible for coordinating production scheduling with customer service production and shipping to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.
Principal Responsibilities
Schedules all requested products through workorder generation.
Analyzes production and shipping availability to determine ship dates.
Coordinates expedited orders that require schedule changes to meet requested ship dates.
Assist in preparing production reports when applicable.
Help determine low inventory levels for raw material and assist with purchasing raw material required for production.
Determine stock levels of components and finished goods and replenish when needed.
Assesses regular finished goods and raw material inventory by coordinating regular cycle counts.
Communicates effectively with all departments that could have a potential impact on the production schedule. Understands constraints and makes schedule changes accordingly.
Create product production cost.
Creates and communicates monthly reports.
Compile necessary information to determine the cause of inventory discrepancies to ensure inventory control.
Record production data which may include volume produced consumption of raw materials and quality control measures.
