We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our journey of delivering stateoftheart simulation solutions to healthcare professionals enabling efficient training without putting patients at risk.

Job Summary:
As part of our legal team you will report to the Group Legal Counsel and will play a key role in providing legal support across various aspects of our global operations. This position will be based in Gothenburg Sweden.
Key responsibilities:
- Drafting reviewing and negotiating contracts and other legal documents
- Advising on commercial agreements regulatory matters and corporate governance
- Supporting risk management and compliance initiatives
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align legal support with business objectives
- Conducting legal research and monitoring regulatory developments
Your profile:

MUST HAVES:
- Swedish law degree (Juristexamen minimum 270 hp/4.5 years)
- 13 years of postgraduation experiencein contract drafting and negotiations (either inhouse or at a law firm)
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English including Legal English)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment
Good to have:
- Experience in International legal matters
- Knowledge of GDPR and governance
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
