Role Overview
PIC North America a Genus Company has an exciting opportunity. We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our team and drive continuous improvement by leveraging data tools and relationships. This role serves as the finance business partner and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) lead for PICs Central business unit collaborating with leadership to support various business initiatives. This role is located at our PIC North American headquarters in Hendersonville TN.
The successful candidate thrives in a culturally diverse fastpaced environment and works effectively across functional teams. You are a strong communicator detailoriented analytical and a curious learner.
The salary range for this position is $65000 $80000 USD. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Genus considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
You Will
- Serve as the Finance Business Partner and Financial Planning & Analyst lead for assigned departments.
- Utilize financial tools and business understanding to support datadriven decision making across the business.
- Manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
- Support detailed operating analysis focused on PICs Central business unit.
- Assist with the preparation of business review presentations and analyses.
- Support adhoc tasks and various business projects to improve processes and increase productivity.
- Support global monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results.
- Collaborate and work closely across all levels of PICs business stakeholders to assess and report financial performance.

- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications: (required)
- University degree in Business Accounting or Economics
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting position utilizing finance and accounting principles.
- Experience and demonstrated ability to analyze data solve problems and make recommendations to support leaders with making informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office required
Preferred Qualifications: (preferred)
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience with D365 and other financial software applications preferred
