About the Team:


Product Marketing joins forces with Value Engineering forming a highimpact team in the marketing organization. This growing team focuses on differentiated simplified messaging and engagements that simplify the complexities of SaaS security. Concise and accurate value articulation shrinks decision time and improves buyer confidence.

About the Role:

We are seeking a manager to lead the of customerfacing workshops and deliverables focusing on driving value realization for both prospects and existing customers. This role will be handson directly working with clients to facilitate impactful sessions that ensure they derive full value from our platform. The ideal candidate will be focused on delivering results and driving adoption throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • CustomerFacing Workshops: Lead and deliver strategic workshops and sessions with customers and prospects focusing on driving value realization and business outcomes.

  • Value Communication: Partner with sales and customer success teams to clearly communicate the value of our platform ensuring customers understand how to maximize its potential.

  • Customer Success: Collaborate with technical account managers and customer success teams to ensure clients are achieving their desired outcomes and adopting the platform successfully.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with sales marketing and product teams to ensure customer expectations and deliverables are aligned.
  • of Deliverables: Provide direct support to customers by executing tailored workshops presentations and followup actions to drive engagement and adoption.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a customerfacing business value or strategic role preferably within SaaS cybersecurity or similar industries.

  • Customer Engagement: Proven experience working directly with customers facilitating workshops and delivering measurable business outcomes.

  • Solution Delivery: Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible results and solutions that drive customer value and satisfaction.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

  • Collaboration: Experience working crossfunctionally with sales customer success and product teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of valuedriven initiatives.

Pay Transparancy

Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as well as the knowledge skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is eligible for equity awards and may be eligible for incentive compensation based on factors such as experience skills and location.

Base Salary Range

$131000 $157000 USD
