Position: Inpatient Psychiatrist
Location: Washington DC
Type: FullTime
Inpatient Psychiatrist Position in Washington DC FullTime
Join our team in Washington DC as a fulltime boardcertified/boardeligible inpatient Psychiatrist. We are actively seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for delivering quality care to adult and addiction patients.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat mental health issues in adult patients
- Provide medication management psychotherapy and evidencebased treatments
- Conduct assessments psychological evaluations and individual/group therapy
- Monitor patient progress adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Active and valid license to practice medicine in Washington DC
This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Benefits and Compensation
- Job type: Full time employed W2 position.
- Salary range: $275000$350000
- Benefits: Robust benefits package includes medical dental vision companymatched 401K ST/LT disability etc.
- Malpractice insurance covered through UHS
- PTO: 25 days Paid Time Off annually.
- CME: 5 paid days reimbursable expenses.
- Other compensation: Relocation Assistance and SignOn Bonus available.
