Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) is growing! RVS is world leader in infrared (IR) and visible imaging systems and take part in the development of the next generation of 3D integration and Imaging sensors.
Raytheon is hiring for a Photolithography Mask Design Engineer. The Engineer will interface with detector designers process engineers supply chain and vendors to design procure document and validate detector mask set performance to support release to manufacturing. Your scope will be to own complete project designs while working sidebyside with the most respected detector IC design packaging and systems engineers in the business
What You Will Do:
- Cadence Virtuoso physical design (layout) environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of layout flows and methodologies.
- Mentor Graphic Calibre design rule check (DRC).
- Plan and complete complex tasks with little oversight.
- Dedicated team player.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering Mathematics or a STEM related degree and a minimum of 5 years Engineering experience or an advanced degree and 3 years of Engineering experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience managing design tools and the related infrastructure required for mask layout.
- Experience with automatic placement and routing tools.
- Experience with Mentor Calibre DRC rules writing design rules and scripting languages for design creation and verification
- Experience with revision control software Clio soft SKILL scripting minor process design kit (PDK) modification to support layout flows and experience with chiplevel floorplanning is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Visit RVS: salary range for this role is 82000 USD 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
