Purpose of Role: Strategically lead the onboarding and data management processes for partner catalogues on the Mr D platform ensuring the integration of AI and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and oversee the development and implementation of advanced data listing and optimization strategies to enhance partner visibility and performance.
This role reports to the Marketplace Manager at Mr D.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategically lead the onboarding and data management processes for partner catalogues on the Mr D platform ensuring the integration of AI and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the development and implementation of advanced data listing and optimization strategies to enhance partner visibility and performance.
- Manage and expand the data capturing team ensuring high standards of efficiency accuracy and productivity.
- Drive collaboration between product restaurant and technical teams to develop innovative tools and processes that support data management and partner onboarding.
- Partner with the Sales and Key Account Management teams to ensure a seamless and superior onboarding experience for new partners.
- Establish and maintain industryleading practices for restaurant listings using datadriven strategies to predict and implement effective listing strategies.
- Spearhead initiatives to identify and capitalise on upselling opportunities within partner catalogues using data insights.
- Ensure continuous liaison with partners and Account Managers to maintain competitive complete and accurate listings.
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of onboarding and data management strategies providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for highlevel restaurant partner listing queries and concerns providing quick and effective solutions.
- Incorporate AI to optimise all facets of partner data management and onboarding streamlining processes enhancing decisionmaking and improving partner relationships and performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team encouraging experimentation with new AI technologies and methodologies.
Skills & Attributes required:
- Accuracy and attention to detail in a highpressure environment
- Advanced ability to use logic to arrive at conclusions
- A selfguided learner with a keen interest in data quality
- Ability to convert abstract catalogue information into easy to understand information for our customers while adhering to our data structure.
- Strong excel skills and knowledge of Kanban workflows
- Experience leading projects throughout their lifecycle
- Strong communicator
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree/ Advanced Diploma in business administration
- A minimum of 3 5 years experience in catalogue or project management of which a min of 2 years should be leading small/mediumsized teams
