Intermediate Maintenance Tech The Seasons Full Time Year Round Avon CO

The Maintenance Tech is responsible for general maintenance and preventative maintenance for several properties. Duties include knowledge of preventative maintenance and general repairs (including but not limited to minor electrical carpentry drywall painting and general building maintenance) lifting shoveling and guest relations.
Qualifications:
- 24 years experience in general maintenance required
- Able to work and/or be oncall nights weekends and holidays required
- Able torespond to guest and HOA service order requests in a timely manner required
- Able to lift up to 50lbsrequired
- Demonstrated attention to detail preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred
- HotSOS experience preferred
