The Opportunity:
Crittenton Childrens Center is the Kansas City areas premier provider of psychiatric care for children adolescents and their families. It is located on a picturesque 96acre campus in south Kansas City (near Longview Lake) providing serenity beauty and privacy to assist with the healing process.
For more than 120 years weve cared for the emotional health of Kansas Citys children and families. Today we offer one of the areas most comprehensive behavioral health care programs. And we are backed by the complete resources of Saint Lukes Health System.
Shift: We are currently seeking a full time Foster Care Case Manager.
The Work:
- Responsible for providing case management services to children and families in the foster care system.
- Placements support crisis intervention
- Educational advocacy authorization of services
- Liaison work
- Provision of permanency testimony in family court
- Maintenance of client record permanency
- Planning up to and including adoption planning
- Recruitment of potential adoptive resources
Must have a bachelors degree in a related field and at least one year of experience in social work.
Must have clean driving record and applicable vehicle insurance.
