Marvell is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Communications to join our growing team. In this position you will play a crucial role in shaping our communication strategies and programs that support Marvells Real Estate and Workplace Services team. This is an exciting new position that reports directly to Marvells Associate Vice President Communications.

What You Can Expect

  • Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with the goals and objectives or the organization.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to identify communication needs and opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders providing counsel and proactive recommendations on effective communication practices
  • Consult with Marvell executives to shape messaging and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Create comprehensive communication plans covering internal and external communications crisis communications and change initiatives
  • Produce highquality content for various channels including newsletters presentations and internal communications
  • Utilize and stay current with generative AI tools and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of communication efforts including content creation message personalization and datadriven insights
  • Help drive business strategy and priorities by creating engaging and inspiring content and experiences for Marvell employees worldwide
  • Develop and implement strategies to effectively communicate complex IT and cybersecurity concepts to nontechnical audiences
  • Engage with various stakeholder groups understand their perspectives and align communication objectives with the target audience
  • Develop and execute crisis communication plans for facilities related incidents and ensure the accurate and timely delivery of information during those incidents to maintain trust and transparency and help shape favorable business outcomes
  • Track the effectiveness of communication strategies and provide insights to senior leadership so those strategies can be refined based on feedback and performance metrics
  • Analyze communication metrics and use data to continuously improve communication strategies
  • Support organizational announcements and other communications that enable leaders to engage with employees and share timely relevant business information
  • Drive business transformation and change management initiatives
  • Implement programs and tactics using various channels such as Marvells intranet portal allemployee meetings manager trainings and digital communications
  • Research write edit and publish communications to promote facilities related initiatives through multiple platforms (e.g. email intranet Slack video)

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Business Administration or related discipline and 1015 years of related professional experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise and acumen when communicating to and working with senior executives to provide strategic counsel clearly articulate ideas successfully manage different points of view and build positive relationships and rapport
  • Experience in crisis management and communication in real estate services.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft culturally sensitive communications for a diverse global workforce
  • Experience with digital communication tools and platforms
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to use data to inform and improve communication strategies
  • Expertise in thinking strategically and solving communication problems
  • Proficiency in leveraging generative AI technologies to enhance message creation content optimization and communication strategies
  • Proficiency in setting criteria to drive and measure results
  • Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills and a track record of driving collaborative results
  • Expertise in forming and contributing to highperformance teams
  • Outstanding writing editing and communication skills
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to translate complex or technical concepts into clear accessible language
  • Capacity to be highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to flawlessly manage multiple scheduled projects and consistently meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness motivation and personal initiative
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Prior Facilities related experience for a large corporation.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

$ per annum

The successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on jobrelated skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
