About the Role:
We are looking for aManager Live Operationsto oversee the and troubleshooting of live operations forStumble Guys. This individual will lead a team of fiveLiveOps Managers ensuring smooth engaging and highperforming live events and operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized detailoriented and experienced in managing live operations for freetoplay multiplayer games.
What you will do:
Team Leadership & Development:Mentor and guide a team offive LiveOps Managers ensuring a high standard of and fostering professional growth.
Live Operations :Support the planning and oversee the and optimization of ingame events seasonal content and timelimited offers.
Operational Calendar Management:Maintain and manage the LiveOps calendar ensuring timely of updates events and promotions.
RealTime Issue Management:Monitor live events identify issues and lead rapid troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime and player disruptions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Analyze event performance data player engagement trends and revenue impact to continuously improve LiveOps .
Process Optimization:Develop and refine LiveOps workflows to improve efficiency reduce errors and enhance response times.
DataDriven Decision Making:Utilize data insights to refine event strategies improve retention and drive monetization
CrossTeam Coordination:Work closely withMarketing Community Product Game Economy Analytics and Engineeringto align LiveOps with broader game objectives.
Innovation & Experimentation:Identify opportunities for new event formats engagement tactics and LiveOps innovations to enhance the player experience.
What you will need:
Experience:5 years in LiveOps game operations or related roles with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.
LiveOps Expertise:Strong background in executing and optimizing live events seasonal content and timelimited ingame promotions.
Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze performance metrics and make datadriven decisions to improve LiveOps outcomes.
ProblemSolving Mentality:Ability to anticipate identify and resolve issues in a fastpaced live service environment.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:Experience working withMarketing Product Analytics and Engineeringto execute live events seamlessly.
Project Management:Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
PlayerCentric Mindset:Deep understanding of player behaviors and motivations in freetoplay multiplayer games.
