What is The Role:
The Enablement specialist (Trainer) will design and implement personaspecific training programs to empower Inside Sales Representatives with the knowledge skills and tools they need to excel in their roles. This role is responsible for ensuring ISRs are equipped to handle highvelocity sales cycles by focusing on key competencies such as prospecting objection handling and pipeline management. Leveraging best practices in coaching continuous learning and datadriven strategies the Architect & Trainer will foster a culture of learning and performance excellence within the ISR team
What You Will Be Doing:
- Create and deliver training programs tailored to ISRspecific challenges (e.g. prospecting objection handling pipeline management).
- Implement a blended learning approach combining roleplaying live coaching and ondemand content for continuous learning.
- Lead ongoing coaching sessions to review calls refine sales techniques and develop skills.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement by introducing advanced learning pathways for ISRs at different stages of their careers.
- Establish and track KPIs such as time to productivity quota attainment and lead conversion rates.
- Use data insights to continuously improve training effectiveness and address gaps in performance.
- Partner with Marketing Product and Sales teams to develop and maintain ISRspecific enablement content (e.g. scripts playbooks case studies).
- Ensure content remains updated to reflect changes in Elastics product portfolio and market demands.
- Own the ISR onboarding process to ensure new hires are fully prepared to contribute quickly.
What You Bring With You:
- Proof of creating and delivering training programs specifically for the target audience mentioned
- 5 years of experience in sales enablement product management or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to function and implement initiatives in a matrix organization with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal including experience in executive communications with Google Slides.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales presales and senior business leaders.
- Strong organizational skills and project management capabilities.
- Previous sales or business development experience with a proven track record of success and overachievement of quotas.
- Strong understanding of ISR workflows tools and highvelocity sales cycles.
