We are working with one of the Private Equity backed Software search firms. This is a unique position working directly with the Founder and top Partners to execute on Product searches for PEbacked Software companies. Working in pods of 3 search professionals you will be responsible forconducting the entire candidate management process from sourcing screening developing and managing executive level candidates.
This business holds a 100 NPS score with both clients and candidates they are obsessed with providing toptier service and expect all of their team to live that value
Responsibilities:
Executing on high quality Product searches for top tier PE backed software firms.
Contributing to the management of client relationships with PE Talent Partners.
Supporting the Founder in business development with a solid runway intotaking ownership over this.
Opportunity for Candidates:
Financial Opportunity: Base salary between $7090k alongside strong bonus structure taking first year earnings well into 6figures.

Ideal Candidate:
Retained search experience with a solid Product / Data / Technology network..
Experience in the core markets of Private Equity or Venture portfolio search.
Ability to work independently with team mates working remotely.
Commitment to excellent customer service focusing on both the client and the candidate.
