Job Description
Location: Uruguay Argentina Chile and Colombia (Remote)
Zinovos working hours are from 6 AM to 6 PM Mountain Time.

Were seeking to hire a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Zinovo LATAM team. In this role the ideal candidate will focus on tools such as Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and APIs that drive our business solutions shaping the digital landscape. Were on the lookout for exceptional developers to join our team individuals who excel beyond configuration and embrace the art of coding. Our ideal candidates are problem solvers who thrive in the world of communities custom components and seamless integrations. Your expertise in handling intricate scenarios will add the finishing touches to our solutions
In this position the successful candidate will be responsible for but not be limited to:
Meet with clients to determine business functional and technical requirements and participate in application design configuration testing and deployment
Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform. Implement customerbased solutions and develop products on the Salesforce platform with code AND declarative tools.
Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing training and documentation. Participate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition presales estimating and project planning)
Willing to be handson in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications design deliverables status reports project plans)
Utilize best practices to perform operational support enhancements bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce platform. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events incidents requests changes problems etc.
Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design support and practice development efforts.
Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes enhancements and howto assistance
Minimum Qualifications:
Fluent English proficiency at B2 level or higher (verifiable)
Salesforce Platform Developer I and either Platform App Builder or Salesforce Administrator certifications
46 years with Salesforce developer experience including Apex SOQL/SOSL Visualforce and Aura/Lightning Web Components.
Specialized skills: previous Java/C# Javascript SQL/NoSQL technologies
Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as objectoriented design patterns and development
A desire to work within a fastpaced collaborative and teambased support environment
Interested in developing their professional network through participation in technology user groups networking events and technology organizations.
Experience working with version control specifically Git
Youll contribute to an enhance our culture; highly motivated; you have an intense work ethic; maniacally organized; independent and an outside thinker.
Youre a person who appreciates feedback and direction yet you are a selfstarter who can run on their own ideas. You are a wizard with organization and multitasking.
