About the Role:
Manage client communications to ensure exceptional customer service
Handle renewals and quotations advising customers on the best options
Maximize revenue through upselling and retention strategies
Build strong customer relationships through telephone account management
Maintain product knowledge and track customer activities
What Were Looking For:
Customerfacing experience (facetoface or telephone)
Sales background (desirable but not essential)
Education or accountancy knowledge (advantageous)
Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills
IT literate experience with MS Outlook and MS Suite
