Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experiencedCommercial Lines Account Managerto join our dynamic team. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing commercial clients and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial clients ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients underwriters and other stakeholders
- Analyze and assess client risk exposure and provide appropriate insurance solutions
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewal options to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends regulations and changes in insurance products
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive and tailored insurance solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients offering expert guidance and recommendations
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial lines insurance and account management
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products coverages and regulations
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in using insurance management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Insurance designations such as CIC CRM or CISR are a plus
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
