Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner on a 6month contract basis to join our global HR team. In this role you will be primarily responsible for sourcing assessing and hiring toptier talent for technology and tech sales positions. The position offers high visibility and impact as you will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to efficiently bring qualified candidates on board.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies: Design and implement effective strategies to source and attract top talent for technology and tech sales roles with a focus on creative proactive sourcing methods.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines: Establish and maintain a robust network of candidates and referral sources to ensure a continuous pool of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers: Work closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs define job descriptions and create interview questions tailored to technology and sales leadership roles.
- Achieve recruitment metrics: Meet and exceed recruitment KPIs such as timetofill costperhire and source of hire with a particular emphasis on building a robust and highquality pipeline.
- Provide a positive candidate experience: Maintain open timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the process ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
- Consult on talent market trends: Advise internal stakeholders on labor market trends competitive intelligence and industry best practices to support informed hiring decisions.
What You Will Have
- Experience: 5 years of experience in recruiting with a primary focus on sourcing top talent for niche and leadership positions in technology and tech sales. Experience in both corporate and agency/search firm environments is highly preferred.
- Expertise in Sourcing: Proven ability to proactively source and attract highquality candidates using a variety of creative and innovative techniques including cold calling social media and networking through professional associations and niche websites.
- Sales Talent Expertise: Demonstrated ability to identify assess and recruit top sales talent with a strong network and a proven track record of successfully filling highlevel sales and leadership roles.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
- CustomerFocused: A dedicated and thoughtful approach to working with hiring managers HR teams and candidates to deliver a highquality recruitment experience.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an everchanging environment adjusting priorities as needed and managing a fastpaced workload.
