Job Description
Respiratory Therapist Acute Care $20000 Sign On Bonus
Our Client: Our Client is a fullservice healthcare provider that has served Osceola county for over 20 years.
The Position: Our Client is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist in Kissimmee FL. As a Certified Therapist you will evaluate the respiratory needs of your patients. You will also develop and implement the Respiratory Care Plan for your patients. Client is offering the following benefits and compensation:
- Hourly pay based on experience:
- Under 1 year: $27.42 per hour
- 2 to 3 years: $29.89 per hour
- 4 to 5 years: $31.12 per hour
- 6 to 7 years: $32.36 per hour
- 9 to 10 years: $33.59 per hour
- Over 10 years: 36.95 per hour
- Shift Differential $4.50 per hour (nights) no weekend shift differential
- Sign On Bonus
- $25000 Full Time Days or Nights 1 Year of Experience 2 Year Commitment

Job Responsibilities:
- Night shift only
- Responsible for the application and operation of acute care ventilators used for continuous short and longterm mechanical ventilation.
- Must be selfdirected in the absence of the fulltime Team Leader.
- Maintain all department and hospital records and enter accurate information into the hospital computer for the therapy as given.
- Set up and administer all routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures to patients of all ages.
Job Requirements:
- 1year of RRT experience preferred
- 1 year of acute care experience preferred
- Completion of a Vocational/Technical program or an AMA approved respiratory care program
- Associates degree bachelors degree preferred.
- Current Florida State License (CRT) Certified Respiratory Therapist.
- American Heart Association BLS health care provider required.
- ACLS PALS and NRP within 6 months of hire.
