Job Description
Youll lead and manage engineering projects from start to finish including planning monitoring and closing. Youll develop project plans that cover scope schedule budget and resource allocation. Communication is key so youll coordinate with clients stakeholders and team members to ensure all project requirements are met. Keep an eye on project progress and performance addressing any issues or risks that come up. Compliance with industry standards regulations and company policies will be a priority. Youll also prepare and present project reports and documentation to clients and senior management.
As a leader youll foster a collaborative and positive team environment promoting continuous improvement and innovation. Youll also conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their goals and contributing effectively. Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in the utility industry preferably in gas electric etc.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera or similar) excel and Power BI.
- Contract familiarity
- Billing & Invoicing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or a degree in project management.
- 3 years experience with electrical distribution & overhead/underground projects or relevant experience.
