Job Description: As a wellrounded Professional Carpenter with the expanding Exteriors and Maintenance Division at Mitchell Construction Group LLC youll play a key role in delivering highquality craftsmanship across a wide range of carpentry tasks. From framing and rough carpentry to finishing work and installations your diverse skill set will be essential in tackling various projects. This position requires adaptability to different project needs while upholding high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail without the need for detailed plans.

In this handson role you will focus on residential repairs and home maintenance ensuring that our clients homes remain safe functional and visually appealing. Your precision creativity and dedication will be integral as you work on different projects each week contributing to our mission of providing exceptional residential services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior maintenance and repair tasks on residential properties including siding replacement trim work and deck repairs.
• Conduct general carpentry work such as repairing or replacing doors or windows finish carpentry patching and painting framing and more.
• Address maintenance issues related to structural components to ensure the safety and functionality of residential properties.
• Work efficiently and effectively without detailed plans using your skills to assess and address repair needs onsite.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
• Manage and care for tools and equipment ensuring they are in good working condition.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a carpenter with a focus on residential construction and maintenance work.
• Proficiency in performing a variety of carpentry tasks including framing and finished carpentry minor repairs and installations.
• Strong skills in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions without detailed plans.
• Strong communication skills with a professional attitude and appearance when interacting with homeowners.
• Reliable punctual and committed to delivering highquality work.
• Physically fit and able to handle the demands of construction projects.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications or vocational training in carpentry.
• Experience with various residential materials and finishes.
