The Story
Join this leading National Healthcare provider who provide hospital and healthcare across Australia with sites operating in every state. This role will be based out of Sydney and play the Lead across Queensland NSW and NT project deliverables.
The Role
This role will be a 12 month daily rate contract with a possible view to extend. It will be leading for the specific states for a device and print rollout. This is a national refresh of computers (Windows 11 and replacement of printers at sites. This role will cover upgrade / rebuild of devices migrate from Group Policy to Intune Policy Exchange and File Migration working with the MW Exchange Engineer to develop a migration and test plan and much more.
Day to day will include:
- utilising strong infrastructure EUC project management experience to deliver this project end to end
- working with PM tools and project methodologies to deliver the project
- working with multiple vendors
- liaising with C level and senior stakeholders in the business to rollout this program
- managing schedules resourcing risks and issues
- providing outstanding customer service to the business and being the conduit between business and technology to deliver this project efficiently and effectively
- some travel interstate likely every few months for just short periods
What You Bring To The Role
The right person for the role will utilise their expertise in infrastructure EUC project management and have preferably recently delivered a Windows 11 Intune rollout.
Must Haves for the role include:
Infrastructure (EUC) Project Management 5 Years.
- Managed Schedules Budgets Resources Issues Risk etc.
- Exposure to Hybrid Agile / Waterfall Methodologies.
- Managed and maintained project documentation
- Raised and had oversight of project related technical CAB submissions and meetings
- Excellent verbal comms and expertise engaging with peers technical teams vendors and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong written comms having produced Status Reports and SteerCo updates with content suitable up to C Level.
- Microsoft Suite of Project Management Tools
- Experience working with vendors
- Robust and resilience to work in a busy environment
- Very strong customer focus
- Ability to work a hybrid environment
