Essential Job Functions

• Technology Independently advises mentors and collaborates with team members stakeholders vendors on strategies and design efforts: including (but not limited to) technology enhancements and capacity planning. Collaborates with crossfunctional departments & IT partners to plan and leadintegrationefforts that align with business/operation initiatives. Work directly with multiple departments and lines of business to support their IT needs. This includes gathering business requirements to developsolutions. Providetoptier technical support and responds to escalations fromlowerlevelengineers as necessary and acts as primary vendor contact for all issues escalated to/from vendors. Works related problems change management and escalated incidents. Submits RFQ/RFPs obtains quotes aggregates documents and proposals and maintains current and proposed EndofLife schedules and tracks progression of key vendors

• Relationships Maintains all vendor relationshipsandpartners to support strategy and architectural design efforts for systems and technology that they support. Engages and collaborates with key vendors carriers and internal/external partners to support technical planning of mid to longterm initiatives. This may include planning build requirements project management SOW/BOM legal review service & maintenance contract review asset management training systems monitoring programming & tuning.Demonstratesoutstanding Verbal and Written Communication skills when working with internal and external partners.

• Technical KnowledgeExpectation is to be proficient inone or more of the following areas (e.g.Windows Desktop SCCMVMwareESXivirtualizationWindows Server Operating Systems Server hardware platforms in an enterprise environment preferably Cisco UCS Cloud Computing (Azure / AWS)Networking(Data)Telecom(Collaboration)Infrastructure AutomationVDI/VMware Horizon Palo Alto FirewallMicrostrategyDataBricks Clouderaetc. andimplement or manage/maintain at least twoplatform.

• DocumentationCreates reviews and maintains documentation of deployments systems and procedures relating to job/team responsibilities. Produces documentation as requested for internal customers audits and compliance purposes. Participates in the approval process. Reports and presents quarterly capacity analyses of licensing equipment and utilization.Establishes and meets critical deadlines while prioritize multiple activitiesand complexprojects simultaneously.Demonstratesleadership by driving projects to meet milestone dates utilizing critical thinking skills to help analyze business problems and recommending solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve problems and gaining consensus on the best solution.Influenceschange prioritizes efforts on critical initiativesandworks to identifyfind solutionstoopportunities.

Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements:

• Must maintain currency of technical skills in relevant technologies.

• May be required to lift up to 80 pounds for installation of equipment (depending on focus of job)

• 24/7 Oncall coverage; may be required to work outside of normal business hours including weekends and possibly holidays

• May be required to travel domestically 1520 annually.

• May be required to go under desks & floor tiles use ladders/electric lifts move ceiling tiles.

Minimum Qualifications:

• DegreeRequired:Bachelors Degreeor equivalent education

• Area of Study:Information Technology Computer Science

Years of Work ExperienceRequired:

• Two tofive years

• Type / focus of work experience required: Engineering work experience in area of specialization and have experience in Java Cloud or Salesforce.

Preferred Experience:

• CertificationsPreferred:Any certifications that involve thesystems equipment programs and technology the role supports.
