Job Description
What youll do
As a Scrum Master you will play a central role in cultivating a selforganized and crossfunctional work environment guiding the team(s) to produce high quality product iterations.
You coach the team members to work in a selforganized and crossfunctional way
You help the team(s) to focus on creating highquality product iterations
You support the team(s) in identifying and removing impediments
You ensure that all Scrum events take place and moderate them if necessary
Helping the organisation to better understand the scrum process through training and coaching
You develop the internal stakeholders management relationship
You coach the team(s) and POs with regard to the best agile practices and way of working
You are not alone! Together with a Scrum guild you support crossfunctional development teams
What you bring
You have successfully completed a Scrum Master qualification or comparable training to become a Scrum Master
You already have 2 years of hands on experience in a Scrum Master position
You live an agile mindset and have a motivating and goaloriented personality
A useroriented way of thinking is preprogrammed in you
You may have already gained initial experience in the eCommerce sector or are interested in doing so
You are a communicative team player who quickly recognises dynamics within the team and can resolve conflicts sustainably
You bring in all your creativity to make ceremonies such as retrospectives and reviews exciting
You give structure to meetings and skilfully moderate to keep the team focused and efficient
You have no problem quickly familiarising yourself with new project management tools
You have already worked with Atlassian tools (Jira Confluence) Miro (or other presentation tools)
You are business fluent in English
