Description
TheMaintenance Specialistworks in coordination with thePresident Maintenance Manager Operations Manager and Grounds Crew staffto maintain all facilities including buildings boats and grounds. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with or leading variousconstruction fabrication and logistical projects.
- Operating and maintainingheavy equipmentas needed.
- Assisting withseasonal startup/shutdownof all facilities including Steamboat Landing Chena Village Discovery Fleet and Gold Dredge 8.
- Maintaininventory tools and suppliesin the shop.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by theMaintenance Manager and President.
This position is part mechanic part boat engineer part equipment operator part carpenter part fabricator and part handyman.
Schedule:
- Spring & Summer: Higher workload including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Fall & Winter: Lighter workload MondayFriday 8hour shifts.
Compensation:
- Wage depends on experience with potential for increases based on performance.
- Starting range: $24/hr $27/hr.
Qualifications
Skills and qualifications are preferred but not necessary. Willing to train the right candidate.
